Leaders of a tribal government board in Montana are asking U.S. Inside Secretary Ryan Zinke for assist battling meth habit of their neighborhood.
The Billings Gazette experiences that Zinke met with the manager board of the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes on Sunday.
Fort Peck Tribal Chairman Floyd Azure informed Zinke that legislation enforcement for the county and the tribe can not sustain with the problems meth habit has brought about. For instance, he blamed meth habit in households for a lot of the kids coming into foster care.
Some board members prompt drug remedy middle on the reservation would assist.
Zinke says the Inside Division has centered on remedy of drug habit for moms and grandmothers, hoping it would have a broad impression on households and the neighborhood.
