Tibetan Migration to India Down to a Trickle

Over the past decade, there was a dramatic decline within the variety of Tibetan refugees coming to the northern Indian city of Dharamshala. The town has attracted hundreds because the Tibetan religious chief, the Dalai Lama, made it his dwelling after fleeing Tibet in 1959.
